Will 81 KEYS record my vocals?

We are not currently doing any in-person visits due to the RONA.

Perhaps post-pandemic we will be open for a wrap-a-round shop, but for the time being all business is being managed online. If however, you have recorded vocals and you would like them mixed with your instrumental(s) that is something we will be happy to negotiate.

Do you sell Beats outright?

We currently do not sell beats or instrumentals and their copyrights to anyone at this point. What we do instead is offer a few tiers of lease agreements for our clients with all the respective rights for you to create, display, and sell the music you create. The specific amount or reproductions or performances is dependent on the lease agreement you enter into with EIGHTY ONE KEYS LLC.

What is a Lease Agreement?

A Lease Agreement is a contractual agreement between You and EIGHTY ONE KEYS LLC wherein we lay out the length of time You may use the beat, the number of performances, the number of distributions, and so forth. We provide several tiers of Lease Agreements, both Non-Exclusive (which means you will not be the only person the beat is leased to) and Exclusive Lease Agreements (which means you are the only person who shall be leased the beat).
